The BizRevr workflow is designed to revolve around the process of creating and managing bids. Therefore all emails and notes are always attached to a bid record. To make it more convenient to find emails and notes for a certain contact, rather than going into each individual bid to look for these you can simply go to the contact record. Within the contact record there is an aggregated view of all emails and notes with the detail to know which bid(s) they belong to. There is also an aggregated view of all bids for a contact.
Viewing all bids: In order to view all bids, click on the “Bids” tab within the contact record. This will give you a list view of all the bids ever created for that contact, including the Bid ID, the Assigned Rep., Amount, Bid Status and date on which the status was last updated. To go into a particular bid record, simply click on the Bid ID.
Viewing all emails: In order to view all emails, click on the “Messages” tab within the contact record. This will give you a list view of all the emails ever sent to that contact. To go view the full text of the email, simply click on the email subject line.
Viewing all notes: In order to view all notes, click on the “Notes” tab within the contact record. This will give you a list view of all the notes amongst all the different bids for that contact. To go view the full detail of a note, simply click on one of the pencil icon. You can also go directly into the bid to which a note belongs by clicking the Bid ID.
