Managing user profiles

Each BizRevr user has a profile page through which they can specify certain details that will be used throughout BizRevr for certain purposes.  To access your user profile, click on your name in the upper right corner and then click on “My Profile”.

As an Admin user, you’ll be able to access user profiles for all other BizRevr users.  To do this click on your name in the upper right corner and then click on “Settings.”

Once in Settings, click on “User Management.”  This will show a list of users and by clicking on a user you will be able to access their user details.

Every user will have these details:

  • First & Last Name: Used to identify authorship of notes & displays on the Web Bid for those their assigned as Sales Rep
  • Email Address: used for notifications & displays on the Web Bid for those their assigned as Sales Rep
  • Mobile Number: used for notifications & displays on the Web Bid for those their assigned as Sales Rep
  • Password: update current password (or that of other users as an Admin)
  • Profile Picture: shown next to notes each user adds to bids & displays on the Web Bid for those their assigned as Sales Rep
  • Email Signature: create an email signature that can be used in email templates (click for details).
  • Role: assign users their User Role.  Learn more about User Roles here.
  • Active: an admin user can make users active or inactive.  Inactive users will not be able to login nor will they be available to assign bids to.  To learn more about managing your BizRevr Account, click here.
