There are two ways a bid can be accepted. The first way is that the sales rep working on the bid can change the status to “Accepted” or equivalent if you’ve customized your status.
The second way is for the homeowner to click on the “Accept Bid” button on the Web Bid.
This will bring up a new window for them to confirm that they want to accept the bid.
Once they click the “Accept” button a text message and email notification will be sent to the assigned sales rep. The status of the bid will also be updated to “Accepted” automatically as well.
